Honey, I'm home! I had a great time visiting my grandparents in Florida. Highlights of the trip: a visit to the the zoo, hey I got to feed a giraffe! And a trip to 2 bookstores! Sadly, all the local bookstores in my area are gone. T.T I had a great flight there & back too. :D

Thanks! It was! :D And the chinchilla I got to pet, was just like petting an Angel's wing! It was sooo soft as not even be there! o.0

Yeah? The only thing I didn't like was everything was so far away, where my grandparents are in Melbourne. I like to walk to the store when I can & they were too far away. My aunty lives on the other side of town & can't walk to the store either.

I dislike heat and bugs so there wasn't much for me to like there. I have a good friend in Melbourne and my aunt is just north of there in CoCo Beach.

You would DIE here. It's 15 miles just to get to the grocery store and over 40 to get to a raggedy strip mall. 80 if you want a real mall

I don't really like the bugs either, but I don't mind the heat. I wait until it hits about 87 in the house before I turn on the air. XD


o.0 I probably would. I guess I'm spoiled by how close everything is here. I've walked to work & back a few times, & it's about 2 miles each way. 15 is a bit far... ^^; *doesn't want to think about 40*

the air is on around 70 for me. It makes me ill so yeah it's COLD in my place.

that's a pretty hefty walk you have going there though. I'm definitely a country girl. I wouldn't want to think about the store being close enough to walk to

It's not that bad, part is through town, but the end & the beginning are through the neighborhood, there's trees & houses & lawns & stuff. Then again, my brother said I'd probably enjoy living in Manhattan. ;p

snort. I try to avoid natural light. Parking here, not really an issue so naturally when I go into a city like tonight I have totally forgotten how to parallel park and have to circle around looking for two or three open spots so I can just coast on in

XD Well, you rarely need it here too. And if you go into Manhattan, it's easier to use the train & subway/bus to get to were you're going. :D
