YAY!

Today when I went to the foot doctor, he said my foot is healed! YAY! I can also start back at the gym, but no more than 15-30 minutes & of that 5 on the treadmill & 10 on the bike. It'll feel good to go back again. :D

Thanks. Yeah... I spent the day on my feet & my foot isn't all that happy, but it's not as bad as it was.
