Time was/is/will be endless. She could have been here a few minutes or a few centuries, it felt all the same: an endless loop of boredom. Missy sighed as she paced around the vault. It was maddening how big the room outside was compared to her tiny prison. No one came to visit her in ages, especially him. She wondered if he had forgotten she was here. Missy sat at her piano, and propping her head up on an upturned palm, she played a mournful scale with her other hand. She hated the boredom more than anything else, including him…
