After doing Prussia, kira decided that doing the rest of the Bad Touch Trio would be fun, but she couldn't decide who to do next. A comm kira belongs to over at DA was having a contest & the prompt was "Flower." Who better than France & his rose for that, eh? ;p So wish me luck! :D
