It took me a bit to find it. XD What you need to do is go to you're profile page & look at where it says "Home, Journal, Friends," etc. At the end of that bar you'll find "Your 2017 in LJ." Click on that & it'll give give you your stats for the year. Then you simply click on the blue pencil icon to post in your journal.
