Kaitlyn set up the camera on top of the tripod, before scurrying back to the tree, where a large pumpkin, with “Trick or Treat” painted on it, sat on a carpet of leaves at its roots. She posed next to the pumpkin and trigger in hand; she took several pictures of her feet and the pumpkin.
After checking to make sure she had at least one decent shot in the bunch, Kaitlyn packed up her camera gear. The pumpkin, she left for the squirrels, figuring they would have it half eaten by the time Halloween arrived. Not that she cared, as it had served its purpose. She hurried inside to process her pictures and pick the best one.
Now came the fun part. She opened Photoshop and looked through her files for the picture. After getting the correct size, she also opened another window and wrote “Trick or Treat, Smell my feet! Now give me something good to eat! Love, Kaitlyn.” It took a bit of fussing and wasted ink, before she had things set up correctly.
Chuckling softly to herself as she loaded some cardstock into the printer, Kaitlyn sat down and hit print. Even with printing things one at a time, so she could make sure it was just right, it did not take long before she had enough cards to send out to her friends. Now that her Halloween cards were all finished, Kaitlyn wondered what she should do for her Thanksgiving cards.
