I normally import my content from LJ over to here, but I've been trying off & on for 2 weeks & each time it failed, so I simply posted them here myself. I'll probably do that in the future as well as it seems to be easier than waiting for LJ to let DW copy & paste my crappu here. XD

I just use DW and for the couple of things, I do on LJ I use my open ID there. Sorry, you're having trouble.

This has been the busiest holiday season I've had with work in a few years, which between losing my second job in 2019 and then covid, it's been a RELIEF to have this schedule again. I'm also now training for a new sport following that massive injury ending my fight career, so my mood has been the best it's been in a few years in that regard too. Looking to have my first contest in February gods be willing. I think my next hurdle will be to get myself back to anime/gaming cons. I'm not fully comfortable yet with crowded public events, but I do have my booster vaccination and a lot of cons are enforcing masks and vaccines, so maybe next year? IDK it still feels bananas to me.

WOW! Sorry about the job. I had my hours cut to nearly nothing thanks to COVID, but they're back to normal now. :D

I hear you with cons! I haven't been since COVID, & while I do feel safer now that I've had my booster, I just haven't really felt like going. XD That said, I did go to a ren faire & really enjoyed it! :D I'm looking to go in April over the holiday break! :D I'll go with my Aunty & it'll give me a chance to visit my family down south too. :D And my sister talked me into a con in January. XD I just hope it doesn't snow. XD I'm going to steam punk it & I need to make myself a "corset". XD

I work in a school & have to wear a mask everyday there, except when we're outside, so I'm used to wearing one. In fact, I've got a bunch in my car that "match" whatever I'm wearing. :D It is crazy, but I think it'll hopefully settle down to something like "flu" season. My sister had it, luckily it was a "mild" case & she wasn't hospitalized. But it was scary, especially since we lost some cousins to it. *sighs*
