Sammy knew the monsters under the bed and in the closet were real. He knew that clowns were monsters too and that Dad went away to kill them so they’d be safe. Dean made him feel safe too. He knew stuff like Dad did. When Dean told him the scary looking cut up pumpkin was nothing to worry about, Sammy wasn’t so sure. Dean had put a flashlight in it to make it look cool, but Sammy thought that made it even scarier. He couldn’t wait for Dean to come back with dinner so he could salt and kill it.
