The Feast of San Genaro...

Was awesome!! I had sooo much fun! We met up with friends and wandered around all the different vendors! I had a canoli, made a donation to the Saint,had a bowl of pasta & gelato on stick & later on in a bowl! I also got treated to some amazing rice pudding at a place that has tons of different flavors! My friend Julia got me a lil carved stone frog. He now sits with all my other frogs under the plants in the living room. :D The only celeb I saw was this guy call Cousin Brucie. I think he djs an oldies channel on Sirius radio. XD I still can't believe I left the house at 1 and got home at 9! It was that much fun!! :D

Only my family knows I like them. XD *nods* Yup and unicorns, and pretty much any cute and fluffy like puppies, kittens, and bunnies. XD

Cool. I have another friend who likes them. Then I had a friend who 'liked cows.' For years we got her cow stuff and when I went to visit I noticed none of it was out and then she told me 'i don't like cows. My roommate (think Sheldon Cooper) decided I liked them.' head desk.

I like dragons myself and cats of course. I used to have unicorns roaming around but not so much any more

Cool! I have a few unicorns mixed in some dogs & shells that overflowed from my shell shelf.I have one tiny blown glass eastern dragon I got in EPCOT. It was either in fake!Japan, or fake!China, or I might have gotten it in the glass blowing shop in the Magic Kingdom. XD I've had it for sooo long, I've forgotten exactly where I got it. XD I also have a small collection of Mexican pottery animals & birds I got in fake!Mexico at EPCOT. They used to be a dollar or two, then they went up to $5 last time I was there, which was when I was a teen. XD I hate to think of what they cost now. XD I have some cats, mostly those Japanese neko cats, and dolls from around the world that peeps would get me & I have 2 sets of Russian nesting dolls & 2 sets of old Japanese ones from my great granny. Then there's my ponies. :D all newer Friendship is Magic MLPs. :D

very cool. I can't even begin to describe the crap I have in here other than a LOT of it is going. I have a large collection of Native American stuff but all of that is going EXCEPT stuff I got from actual Native Americans (i.e. all the Fake!stuff is out of here. ) I have a lot of gargoyles, love those guys.

Yeah? I found out we have a pine needle basket Mom got as a "thank you" from my 3rd grade teacher for being a class mom. She said my teacher said it was Native American made. It's small & nondescript, so I get what you mean about it being plain. I think it's cuz it was made to be used & if it was too pretty, it wouldn't get used. That they are! :D

You may have a point there. Those pine needle baskets are way cool. I'd like to have one but they are WAY expensive.

Yeah! I wish I knew how to make one! There's lots of pine trees around here, so plenty of material to work with. If only I knew how they did it... *sighs* Maybe cuz they're hard to make? Or maybe you need a TON of pine needles to make them & it takes time to gather all of it.
