Castiel loved spring. It became warmer and that meant the flowers would start blooming. With the myriad of blossoms, came the bees. He thought they were God’s greatest creation. Too fat to fly, they defied the laws of gravity, they lived together in harmony; sister helping sister find flowers, take care of the grubs, defend their hive. Yet, they were so fragile; dying off thanks to humans being stupid by destroying their habitats, stealing their honey and leaving them with nothing to sustain through the winter. It was criminal, but what could he do, except enjoy them while he could.
