kiramaru7I just got back from the vet. My parakeet, who I thought had an egg stuck in her, had a tumor that was making her uncomfortable. After trying in vain to get a hold of my vet, I found a bird vet a few towns over, and took her there. A stuck egg is a serious condition. Anyways, it turned out not to be a stuck egg, but a tumor that was kinda painful for her, so I did the only kind thing I could do & put her down. *cries* Sadly, that kind of tumor is common in older birds. Jaki was about 7 years old, so an older bird. Anyway, she's in peace now...
